Life. Love. Energy.

This is the basis and foundation that I’m inspired by and pour into all of my work, creativity, and ideas that hopefully, inspire and connect me to you, you to me, and us to the world and universe.

Hi there.
And here we go… Based out of Downtown Los Angeles, CA, my work is inspired by every bit of this colorful, dirty, dusty, experimental, evolving, fantastic town. Through authenticity, creativity, and a glorious mix of all lives I’ve experienced, the places I’ve lived and traveled to in this world have influenced me all along the way, contributing in a huge way to my motivations. As a lover & super fan of all parts pertaining to cinema and television also, I like to let what I'm viewing and feeling play into my pieces as well. Can you tell? Hope so!

After starting my life out in Japan, then moving back to the States, to the High Desert, drawing and sketching have been a part of my life. Luckily, I stayed busy winning weekly themed art contests at school and practicing art techniques by copying the Sunday Funnies aka Sunday Comics, Disney VHS Covers, and whatever I could get my hands on. Oh yes! What's cool about drawing is you can do it anywhere with little materials and create your own dynamic, colorful art world, as I did.
I've since experimented and worked with several different mediums, techniques, combinations, and contrasts, studied humanities, and visited art museums for years to build up my experience, while being a professional makeup artist, blending, shading and contouring wonderful faces.

I’ll let you in on a secret. I’m a bit proud of being self-taught, by way of being fortunate enough to catch and practice with other artist’s demonstration books when I could, experimenting into the wee hours, while watching and taking notes on the soothing, Bob Ross episodes over the years with his wonderful “Happy Accidents.” There are hours and hours of love, energy, and divine creativity that go into every piece, and every inch of artwork you see, that I am so happy to produce for me and you. My hope is that you can connect to and feel the appreciation, thought, and love, that is put into every art piece.

My desire is that each piece is its own adventure to escape, imagine and maybe even spark something in you to create too.
